Create a field group for your form

You can customize fields for your form(registration, account, login…) with ACF’s Field Group and link it by set location rule.

Build your form with field type for ‘Members’ (Email field is required for any registration forms)

And you can also add custom user meta fields with any ACF fields and use it with usermeta.

And don’t forget to link the field group with your registration form.

Save the field group for registration.
